Looking Always to the Lord
Jesus Christ for the Answer to Your Worries
| Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries,
all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you
affectionately and cares about you watchfully. |
|
(1 Peter 5:7, Amplified Bible) |
The Lord Jesus Christ has paid the price for
all of your worries, sickness and cares on the cross two thousand years ago.
On the cross Jesus said it is finished. The price was paid in full for you
and every born again believer for past, present and future. His power can
only come into your life when you submit and look to Him! John 15:7
states, "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you
desire, and it shall be done for you." The Lord Jesus Christ can not do
anything against your will, if He could this whole world would be saved.
When you look to up to Jesus you are submitting your will to Him. The Lord
Jesus Christ then has the right to interfere in your life, with His mighty
miracles and power! John 16:33 records Jesus' promise: "These things I
have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have
tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." When we are
in Him, He will watch over you. When you are distracted by the cares of
this life, you then are abiding in the cares instead of the Lord Jesus Christ.
All through the Bible we are instructed to keep our hearts and eyes on Him for
all of our needs. All the Lord Jesus Christ asks us to do is believe and
trust Him always. When your will is submitted to Jesus then you allow Him
to move mightily in your life.
| "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be
removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but
believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he
says. "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray,
believe that you receive them, and you will have them. |
|
(Mark 11:23-24) |
Always Pray and Abide and look up to The Lord
Jesus Christ. He will never take His Eyes off of you or leave you nor forsake
you.
| Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own
understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your
paths. |
| Proverbs 3:5 -6 |
| "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all
these things shall be added to you. |
|
Matthew 6:33 |
