Living Victoriously Through the Strength of Christ

Not that we are sufficient of
ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our
sufficiency is from God. |

Pride or an uplifted heart is one of the greatest enemies of
God’s power and blessings in our lives. When you feel you can live
victoriously or function in your own power, strength or intellect then you
are doomed to fail. The Lord Jesus Christ imparted the Spirit of God into
every believer. The only way to live and operate through His power is for
you to be Led, humbled and submit yourself to Him.

all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to
anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am
self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency]. |

The Lord Jesus Christ
wants you to have such a close relationship with Him that you are in
constant reliance and fellowship with Him. He is our strength, hope and
reason to live.

children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater
than he who is in the world. |

Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you.
[Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit
of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine,
neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me. I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and
I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from
vital union with Me] you can do nothing. |
