THE POWER OF LIVING IN THE
SPIRIT
| While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things
which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the
things which are not seen are eternal. |

(2 Corinthians 4:18) |
Your power and the very source of life comes
from God Almighty. The realm of the Spirit is unseen to the sense-ruled
mind. Jesus said His words are Spirit and life. When you pray in the
Spirit you enter into the realm of the Spirit of God and that releases His power
on the earth to empower you with the victory and wisdom of God. Praying in
the Spirit will also bring you into a deeper intimate relationship with the Lord
Jesus Christ. Your faith grows greater each day as you enter into a deeper
realm of the Spirit. The more time you spend with Him in prayer the more
you will look act and do the works of Jesus Christ. The very core of
supernatural miracles and power of every great saint of God was a prayer life of
extended prayer in the Spirit. The greater one is in you and He is ready
to pour out a river of life through you when you pray. This empowers you
to live and minister in the Spirit. "But you, beloved, building yourselves
up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit" (Jude 1:20).
| And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there
was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his
servant said to him, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?" So
he answered, "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those
who are with them." And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open
his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the
young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses
and chariots of fire all around Elisha. |

(2 Kings 6:15-17) |
| Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things
not seen. |
