Your Heart is Where God's Power
Resides
| A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and
an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out
of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. |
|
(Luke
6:45) |
The Lord Jesus Christ said His words are
spirit and life. The Word of God is immune and not bound by the natural laws of
this world. "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.
The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life" (John 6:63).
God’s power can create a miracle through your prayer and belief in your Heart. You have to believe with all your heart that you receive your miracle before it
can manifest in your life. "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you
ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them" (Mark
11:24).
You can always know if someone has expectancy in his life by the very words that
come out of his heart. When you have a picture of the miracle in your
heart, the words coming out your heart will reveal your expectancy. "Now
faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen"
(Hebrews 11:1). Praying in the Spirit will dramatically increase your
faith and belief in God’s power to bring your miracle to manifestation in your
life! Your mind and sense-ruled thoughts are the biggest enemy to God’s
power. The natural mind is a enemy of God’s power. You have to see
through God’s eyes and heart. This can only be done through the Word of
God and prayer. Praying in the Spirit subdues your sense ruled mind and
dramatically increases the power of your spirit and enlarges your heart full of
belief and faith in God’s power!
| Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to
the law of God, nor indeed can be. |
|
(Romans 8:7) |
| But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith,
praying in the Holy Spirit, |
|
(Jude 1:20) |
| Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know
what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes
intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who
searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes
intercession for the saints according to the will of God. |
