Releasing the Power of God into
Your Life
| Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we
ask or think, according to the power that works in us, . . ." |
|
(Ephesians 3:20) |
The greater and none more powerful God in all
of existence lives in you! The Lord Jesus Christ is alive in You!
Many of us forget that He really is alive in all believers. "You are of
God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is
greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). The Lord Jesus Christ
gave you covenant written with His precious blood and every provision to give
you a victorious life with His power and favor flowing through you to this
world. The cares of this life get so heavy that we forget that He is
waiting on you to call upon the Name of Jesus to come to your assistance.
John 14:13-14 states, "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the
Father may be glorified in the Son. "If you ask anything in My name, I will do
it."
Pride will always stop the power of God in your life! When you feel that
you have great faith in yourself and can do all things on your own great
personal strengths and abilities to face obstacles without help from God.
The Lord Jesus Christ will never interfere until you call out or ask in His
name. Do you really believe He is able and desires to help you?
Unless you truly believe He is waiting for you to live a full life of relying
and trusting on and in Him, He can not pour out His power upon you. " . .
. and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe,
according to the working of His mighty power" (Ephesians 1:19). A
dedicated life of prayer will always keep you humble and living in constant
fellowship with God and His overflowing joy, peace and power!
| Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will
receive, that your joy may be full. |
|
(John 16:24) |
| that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of
God. |
|
(1 Corinthians 2:5) |
| that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being
rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints
what is the width and length and depth and height; to know the love of
Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the
fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above
all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, |
|
(Ephesians 3:17-20) |
| In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent
His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. |
|
(1 John 4:9) |
| For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the
victory that has overcome the world; our faith. Who is he who overcomes
the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? |
|
(1 John 5:4-5) |
| Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask
anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears
us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked
of Him. |
