THE MORE YOU KNOW THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE GREATER YOU WILL TRUST HIM

'And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.

(Mark 12:30)

The greatest gift you can ever give in all your lifetime to God Almighty and the Lord Jesus Christ, is to love and trust Him with all your heart and soul.  The more time you spend with the Lord Jesus Christ in prayer, praise or the Word of God.  The more you will trust Him to take care of your needs and desires.  You can not trust someone you barley know.  Romans 10:17 states, "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."  The picture of the Lord Jesus Christ will grow inside of your heart proportionally with the time you spend with Him.  Jesus says in 1 John 4:4, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world."  You can always know how much of a persons heart is filled with the Lord Jesus Christ by what they say when they are under pressure or in a crisis.

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.

(Luke 6:45)

A Christian that has their heart filled with God will always speak about their First Love.  You were created by God Almighty to fellowship and love your Lord your God with all your heart.

When you are in agreement with God Almighty and the Lord Jesus Christ to Love them with all your heart, then the power of God Almighty and the desires of your heart will flow freely through your life.  It is very easy to love God Almighty when you realize that He loves you in a way far beyond your human understanding.

In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.

(1 John 4:9)

And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.

(1 John 4:16)

He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

(1 John 4:8)

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

(Romans 8:32)

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.

(1 John 3:1)
