Put God First and His Blessings Will Flow Freely

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

(Matthew 6:33)

The Gospel means GOOD NEWS!  When you put the Lord Jesus Christ first before you every day, you are open and yielded to hear, receive and please Him. Jesus said in Mark 4:19 "and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful."  When you put Jesus first you are honoring and acknowledging He is your Lord and Shepard.  "Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass" (Psalms 37:5). The Lord Jesus Christ wants you to acknowledge He is your source and He lives big in you.  When you live the life of trusting and loving God you are very pleasing to Him.  He wants your fellowship and a intimate relationship with you daily.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

(Hebrews 11:6)

Trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the Lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and feed surely on His faithfulness, and truly you shall be fed.  Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart.  Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.
