THE WORD OF GOD IS ALIVE WITH
POWER
by Sam Sweg
| It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words
that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. |
|
(John 6:63) |
God Almighty provided The Bible as a
instruction manual for every Born Again Christian.
| Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will
liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain
descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and
it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. |
|
(Matthew 7:24-25) |
The Word of God is a powerful living force
that is backed by God Almighty Himself! In Matthew 24:35 Jesus proclaims,
"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away."
The Word of God is God Almighty's promises speaking to you. When we follow
and use the Word correctly, the Lord Jesus Christ Himself will make sure the
Word will be alive with power in your life! Mark 16:20 states, "And they
went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the
word through the accompanying signs. Amen." When you rely and live your
life through the Word of God, you are then in complete agreement with God
Almighty Himself. John 7:38 states. "He who believes in Me, as the
Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."
When you live your life in complete trust in God's Word, He will confirm your
trust with power and Victory wherever you go!
| Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust
in Him. |
|
(Proverbs 30:5) |
| But Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night
and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net." |
|
(Luke 5:5) |
| having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible,
through the word of God which lives and abides forever, |
|
(1 Peter 1:23) |
| For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any
two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of
joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart. |
|
(Hebrews 4:12) |
| Therefore I did not even think myself worthy to come to You. But say
the word, and my servant will be healed. |
|
(Luke 7:7) |
